  1. I intuitively know that raw vegan is what my body needs but I keep seesawing between raw and cooked vegan that my face is constantly slamming into the dirt.

I don’t know if it’s because I get bored easily with raw food from the limited variety that’s available to me but I’m also finding cooked food boring and underwhelming as well.

  2. One can always find excuses!
I too went back to cooked after being raw and feeling better than great, after being back on cooked slowly all my symptoms came back one by one. Now I’m working on over coming my renewed addiction to cooked to get back to all raw. Not easy but I will succeed! So excited once I feel my best again I will never give up what helps me feel my best ever again! 🙏🙌🫶🏻

  3. I am really trying, it’s this dang avocado toast that gets me every time and I also cook my greens because the volume is just too daunting to eat. I’m working my way to 100% raw day by day. Thank you for the reminder.

    • @Fit G who should I believe you or me? I think I’m going to believe me the person who regenerated their colon on a raw food diet who has the videos to prove it

    • @Misty Marley You have just proven the point of why so many say that many raw vegans are arrogant and “know-it’alls”. I didn’t say to believe either one of us, if you read my reply carefully it’s about doing one’s own research and making sure to read up on those that came long before us. I’m glad to hear of your success, but that’s just it, your story, is YOUR story. I have a story too and so do countless others, but I’m surely not going to tell people what to do because of my particular story. And you shouldn’t tell other people that they should do the exact same thing you did just because you had a certain outcome. Try to be a little more humble it shines a better light for the raw vegan community.

  4. And it is all in the name of NUTRIENTS ! says the person you are mentioning .. and me too went back to cooked vegan for 1 year after 15 years raw ! and got neuropathy as a present ! so did a juice fast for 2 months and i am back in track with maybe more motivation than before after experiencing the effect of cooked .Mindset is super important , and the yoyoing between raw and cooked is not healthy. Fred Bisci has spoken a lot about this.Thank you for all you do.

    • Don’t know who exactly your talking about but have a pretty good idea. Let’s just say his name is John Doe. Been following him for years too. Think he got swayed a little from this same Dr. Furham I started following. Saw a video of his interview. It does make sense since there’s so much scientific evidence that people in certain areas think they call them “blue zones” that live the longest do eat lentils, beans and some cooked. Think most people overcook their vegetables. I put a steam basket over a pot of boiling water, put in the vegetables, like carrots, broccoli etc., turn off the heat, add lid and let the steam barely cook so as not to cook out all the nutrients. Might loose some enzymes but add these on top of huge raw salad. It seems to keep me on track and it doesn’t cause cravings for me to eat meat or dairy. It’s a trained disciplined lifestyle.

  5. It’s a little confusing. I eat 80% raw fruits and vegetables. Eat all raw mostly fruit until 6 or 7 and eat huge salad with lightly steamed vegetables and sometimes sweet potatoes. I don’t eat any meat, no dairy or refined sugar. I agree it is a mindset. Started following Dr. Joel Fuhrman written several books, “Eat to Live”. He’s a doctor that has retreat in CA and stresses importance of a nutritarian lifestyle to prevent disease and cancer. Listening to him I have added lentils and beans and some cooked. He’s vegan and high raw. My goal I try to incorporate 10-20 different fruits and vegetables a day! I was diagnosed several years ago with ulcerative colitis and have no symptoms today. Never went the synthetic medical route.

  6. Shalom Paul! I’m new to this raw eating. I haven’t started yet. I’m just trying to figure out how to do it what it all entails. I just subscribed this past weekend. Is there a beginners video here? Thank-you ❤

  7. It’s funny that your friend call cooked food heated food because when i get the cravings for cooked food i remind my self that it’s heated stuff and not food lol
