Do you mean I have to change the time for my last diet depending on the season. In the winter 4 pm then in the summer 9 pm
I mean it’s always best to finish around 4 pm no matter what the season but especially in the winter.
I only eat 2 meals a day usually, and not after 5 usually either. I don’t have breakfast until lunch time usually.
I eat very little, I’m a big advocate of caloric restriction myself.
I fast once a month (36 hours) also, usually with fresh coconut water & lemon juice as the liquid.
