I wish he would expand on what he means that something bad would happen if you went back to eating cooked food, and something happened to someone he knew. It’s very vague and I have no idea what he means…

Get the book, it is so concise, easy to read and very valuable informations, Plus you have a meal plan for raw and cooked ( no recipes) .And Fred is such a lovely Man..
