  1. My skin gets dry when I eat too many mangoes. This was like eating 3-4 mangoes a day for a month. Probably due to the amount of vitamin A and beta carotene from eating too many.

  2. Also better to grow your own vegetables. Most of these commercial growers spray pesticides that get absorb in the leafs and thru the roots.

  3. I wish he would elaborate on what happens when someone is raw and goes off to eat cooked… he won’t dive deeper into that he just says it’s not a good idea, bad things can happen but I want to hear more!

    • That is the problem with some of these speakers, specifically this guy. While I am sure he means well, he is always super vague in his descriptions. In one video he mentioned not to eat fruit that much, mentioned he mostly ate greens. Then he said he ran marathons and would only eat a piece or 2 of fruit. None of what he said made any sense and its hard to take anyone serious if they are intentionally vague.
