@Love My Beard ive been fasting for about 2 weeks now because i cant eat nothing but liquids. ive been to the hospital many times for the pain. they said stop eating certain foods…. i told them the same i havent ate but they dont listen. ive lost 11 lbs in a week…i researched on aloe and seems like it would be good?
My husband has gastritis. I actually feed him a lot of rice and a lot of salads. He avoids citrus fruits at all costs because it causes him to become inflamed. Maybe avoid citrus until your gut is healed.
@Naomi May – Prepping For Life i cannot eat any greens so salad is out of tge question for me unfortunatly, i have factor 5 which is q blood clot disorder. thats why i turned to fruits but now this. so im at ends to what to eat
Messiah wilderness Ministry’s Oh no! I am sorry to hear that! Talk to your doctor and ask him. My doctor gave my husband a whole list of foods to avoid eating. My husband is not raw vegan. He is not even vegan. He eats very little animal products because I don’t cook them for him though. I cook him a lot of rice and potatoes, which seem to be easy on the stomach. His gastritis rarely flares up anymore. Eating mostly plant based has been very beneficial to him; he is even off his blood pressure pills and cholesterol pills. He thinks I am crazy to push the plant based thing, but now he is seeing how much it improved his health and is accepting that we were meant to eat plants. I will add……….. cooked plants seem to be easier on his stomach over raw ones. He handles salads very well though.
My husband and I are working towards living a minimalistic lifestyle. We are almost done paying off our house. Then we plan to buy a piece of property and build ourselves a little cabin. We plan to own a lot less. We are getting rid of stuff now to prepare for living in a smaller house. We look forward to growing our own food as well.
We started off with zero waste, plant based, and now minimalism. It is so freeing! We live rurally far from cities so we do the best we can and shop intentionally. Even our six year old understands these things. The Bible teaches us what we need in our lives and our treasures shouldn’t be stuff. The more things you own, the more those things own you. Shalom 🌿

paul what can i do for severe gastritis?
Messiah wilderness Ministry’s : Find the trigger foods and avoid them. If you feel you need medical intervention, go see a gastroenterologist.
