  1. A plant based diet is not the same as vegan

Veganism is a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as is possible and practicable, all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose. Veganism extends beyond diet. Honey is not vegan.

  2. I thinks it would be wonderful to live in an organic living foods vegan community. One concern is professional work, or leadership that’s too oppressive.

  3. I really do not know Paul why do you push this raw/vegan diet. I thought you are a Torah abiding Christian, and nowhere in the Torah raw diet/vegan was ever prescribed by God. It is actually quite opposite, we are suppose to eat animal proteins, eggs, butter etc as they are healthy sources of protein, fats and vitamins which majority of are fat soluble. Of course, to eat in moderation and this is the key, as majority of people these days eat way too much for the body to digest. People, Christians please do not fall for this raw diet/vegan deception. Vegetarianism/veganism/raw food will ruin your health eventually and its is satanic NWO agenda. Ever wonder why an Adventist false prophet masonic Ellen G. White promoted vegetarianism? Just food for thought.

    • Actually the original diet of man found in Genesis 1:29 was a vegan diet. Please see the file on youtube called “What the Health” and I pray it makes sense to you. Shalom

    • That was before the fall, but later God commanded to eat animals. Abraham had huge herds of animal stock and remember when angels came to see him what he served them? He told Sarah to make bread and to his servant to take and prepare a fine lamb. Why do you think having huge herds like Abraham had, and Issac and Jacob had for? Why they were considered well-to-do? Because animal were food. Also, why God prescribed a dietary law? Why so much emphasis on which animal to eat which not if vegan diet was the best and preferred by God for humankind? it is obvious. Later, throughout the New Testament what Jesus ate mostly? Fish and bread!
