@Prejek the peel is not edible. the avocado will last once it’s all blended together.

Thanks again Paul – this recipe is FANTASTIC! I love adding fresh cilantro and dried cumin – delicious! I now make this several times a week. I add in sunflower greens that I grow.

Suggest you educate yourself about raw foods. Avocados are primarily fat!
