  2. Great video. I’m not completely raw yet but I’m heading there. I really feel the difference when I eat stove-cooked and sun-cooked food.

  3. i would like to stop eating and drinking forever, its annoying and it costs a lot of time and money. so am i addicted to eating foods and drinking water because i cant stop?

it feels a little weired to call eating cooked vegan foods an addiction. raw fruitarianism makes fully sense if you live on your own farm in the tropics and have fully ripe fruits availible 365 days a year otherwise raw veganism can become a struggle because you cant get the perfect quality from supermarkets. if i would have fully ripe fruits availible all of the time i would naturally eat it and be raw but because it is so hard to get we need cooked food options that we can rely on.

dont get me wrong i am vegan since 10 years and i eat a lot of raw, between 50%-80% of my calorie intake is raw. when i am in the tropics and i can get perfectly ripe fruits that are in season then i want to eat them all day long but even in the tropics you cant consistently get perfect sweet ripe fruits. i just cant understand why eating cooked vegan food is an addiction.

  4. I’ve been trying for a while and then I start craving β€œsavory” food after all the sweet fruits. I also grew up on rice so I miss it alot.
I have fibroids and the pain was horrible but since adding more raw foods the pain is bearable but not gone, I know it will take time. Food truly is addicting

    • I had a huge fibroid the size of a grapefruit. When I went vegan it went down to the size of a lime. When I went raw vegan it disappeared. Can you believe doctors wanted to remove my uterous!? So scary. Doctors are so scary.
