  2. Thanks Paul! I’ve been raw vegan for ten years, and I’ve been active my whole life (running, biking, rollerblading etc.). You give great advice: Our vegan lifestyle needs to also include physical activity (they go hand-in-hand like flossing & brushing).🌱🙏 🏃‍♀️
