  1. how much protein is the right amount I know I probably don’t eat enough I’m keeping a food journal trying to keep up with what a eat in a day trying vegan life style out & sticking to it

    • victory Leo half your body weight in grams is the general rule for the average person. If you eat a well balanced diet vegan or vegetarian this comes naturally with very little effort on your behalf. Eating plenty of green vegetables, grains, beans, nuts, seeds, etc. You should not be concerned in the least. Remember the facts that everything from Apple’s to zucchini have protein. It’s one of God’s building blocks for life.
