    What a great video. I stay in south Africa and here I have used charcoal tablets for excess gas. That helped a lot. But, and it is a big BUT, it is only treating the symptom. I find your videos and advice to be of great help. ūüôā

    • Adri, For a “gassy” stomach you need salt and calcium. ¬†Himalayan salt is the best as the extra minerals are left in. ¬†It is pink in color. ¬†For the calcium you need liquid calcium. ¬†The calcium that is available at the pharmacies is not very absorbable. ¬†I know of a liquid calcium, that is plant derived and colloidal that is 96% absorbable by the body. ¬†Contact me if you are interested. ¬†These two products have helped my husband over 95% with his gas troubles. ¬†¬† I look forward to hearing from you.

    • +The Raw Life Health Show just wondering, couldn’t gas simply come from the raw food or vegetarian diet itself. I recall a story reporting that Hitler tried a vegetarian diet but discontinued complaining to his doctors that it caused too much gas. I have this problem but have no idea what could be causing it since I basically eat three times a day, my meals are plant based and I do get reasonably good sleep. I’m not discounting what you’re saying, I just don’t understand how this could be the case instead of gas just being a side effect of a high fiber diet.

Hello, I am Lindas caregiver and she has a real problem with bowel movements and sleeping. disabled from waist down and in a lot of pain all over….gasy problems too….excellent video and I know how important this is. She does not see it though and how can I help her in her diet? drinks 1 – 2 diet pepsis everyday..

  3. But Paul, gas is normal… ¬†Scientist say that the average person farts 10 to 15 times a day… Normal… Are you saying any farting or burping is not normal, at all?

    • Those foods do not combine well. Protein (chick peas) do not combine well with starch (rice) neither does starch (potatoes) with animal protein or other protein (fish) – each of those foods should only be combined with vegetables, especially leafy greens but not with each other. Blessings!
