People often ask me how I am able to stay so healthy for so many years. The truth is besides my diet I exercise often. I alway feel my best when I work for my food, meaning I am not just going to eat without first doing some activity. I like to keep my muscles toned so I lift weights. I also love to jump rope, it gets my whole body moving and helps me be thankful eat day that I can move as well as I do. In this video I give some tips and and ideas how to get some exercise each day.

Agree completely Paul!! Just adding some of my own tips it’s worth working out muscle imbalances like strengthning weak muscles like the glutes, really helps for walking. For the runners out there I recommend John Dunne some good videos https://www.youtube.com/user/RunningRevolution . Distilled water is another good one 🙂

Thanks for your feedback, the video was very dark and I had to use the computer to lighten it. I actually have been working on my roof all week and have the best tan I ever had in my life. Also see my video a few videos back about building muscle on a vegan diet. I am strong now more than ever. The shirt in this video was bigger.
