Another popular question I often get is if we are on a raw vegan diet do we need to take supplements? I talk about this topic in today's video.

Eat wild foods and grow your own foods. Don’t buy wheatgrass, juice wild grass instead. Its freakin free and just as good if not better. Dandelions, nettles, and grass grow everywhere. Not to mention all the easy to grow herbs and veggies. Wild berries are awesome too, just make sure you know what to look for and eat them ripe. Peace and good day 🙂
everyone wants to earn money.
Hi Paul, This is a question referring to a previous video you did on PLU codes and how if the second number is anything other than a 4 it is a GMO. I went to plucodes.com and they say when the number starts with an 8 it is a GMO. Where did you get your information from? Thanks Jordan.
Hence i said juice them. You can also make tea out of it.
Or instead of having to buy expensive nutritional supplements just to stay relatively healthy you could just eat nutritious delicious animals like our bodies are made to process.
VERY TRUE MY FRIEND !
I hate living in 2015. everything is so complicated and messed up. I wish I was living 100 years ago, or better yet thousands of years ago. everything is so messed up now.
you mean in the 1800? alot of war happend and the law sucked
Without talking about specific nutrient and citing sources, it sounds like you are just making assumptions without information. I expect an granny smith apples today, has pretty much the same nutritional profile as when they first cultivated it.
organic food then? is that high in nutrients?
Plants get there goodness out of the soil, most commercial farms soil is low or depleted in at least some goodness. Worth researching….Nutrient depleted soil with Dr Weston…….Remember seeing somewhere burnt plant and tree ashes is nutrient dense and good for gardens.
Heres a tip. If u want to get good produce go to a local fruit and vegie shop. Not a supermarket.
