  1. Interesting vid Paul of you and your family in Rome – so much for the US to learn about fresh produce and minimal processing – and hand hygiene when handling fresh food! Yep ya right 20 euros is $26.00+ – but hey – “something about Constantine”! Shouldn’t you have done some of the ‘tourist thang’ and found out about the great art, socio-economic culture and politics – as well as ya know visited the famous squares and the Vatican – if you can of course – surely it can’t all be about raw food!

  2. thanks paul for the interesting insight into Rome(looks like they still use oldschool technology with the water just wondering do they still use the aquaducts they built 2000yrs ago yep the Romans know how make buildings that last

  3. @fanta00000007 Yeah I am aware that Roman Catholicism had a negative impact on Europe and people who have faith in Christ the messiah. My point was that the Roman sun worshipping church made the day of rest the Sunday and outlawed working on that day, opposed to the Hebrew Torah Sabbath being Saturday. I found it interesting that this is still being followed? just yesterday I was watching Top gear UK, they were in Rome and the police tried to arrest them for working on the Sunday.

  4. those bottles with the shape of the map Italy aren´t lemon juice, (about minute 5), they are Lemoncelo, not sure about the spelling. It´s an alcoholic beberage made of lemon, sugar and alcohol, fermented.

  5. Oh… that has to be the best farmer’s market ever! I love food and Rome! The fountains… roasted chestnuts… cobbled streets… beautiful architecture.Felt like I was back there. ~ Thank you for sharing. ~

  6. Campo dei Fiori is the moust touristic market in Rome, few locals buy there because it’s small and very expensive. Most of the produce is NOT organic, although most of the veggies are local and Italian agriculture is a lot closer to organic than the American is. Anyway, the artichokes are not marinated but put into water with vinegar or lemon juice because otherwise they become brownish.

  7. Are you into raw foods but you don’t mind taking vaccines? Are you sure about that?
Anyway you don’t need anything to go to Italy.

  8. I don’t understand why that should be funny or interesting.
I’ve lived in Uk for 4 years and I’m going back to Italy soon because I’m tired of living in a society where it’s all about work and money. Rest is an optional all year round in London and the pace of life here is for me unsustainable. I’m so grateful that in Italy we haven’t lost everything yet. In other words we just haven’t sold ourselves to globalization yet maybe.

  9. I agree rest is very important, that is why our creator gave us a Sabath or seventh day of rest! I was saying that it was funny from a biblical or Hebrew perspective the seventh day is the saturday and Sunday is the first day of the week! It says in the bible that the Anti-christ system would seek to change Yahwes apointed times and seasons! So the Roman catholic religious system under constantine forced the seventh day of rest to the first day, The day of the sun, which he worshiped!
