You the man! 🙂
Great video.
Please answer me how can 100% vegan be healthy if B12 only cones from animal products???
@rui27marne Soak them and grind them up. That helps them digest well.
@petekrusetunes Grow and eat your own vegetable,s and eat them straight out of the garden, without brushing the dirt off. The washing of the food is what gets rid of the b12. Many animal product eaters are lacking in b12.
You can live stronger on alot less if the food is whole, organic, raw! My hubby and I are trying to eat alot less and we feel more alert, more strength, more energy, less tiredness. We have both lost some weight, but could probably lose alot more..in time…
This is something that I’ve been thinking about, with focusing on the higher energy, which can provide a lot of sustenance over just eating density. Some good points.
@hybby now we gotta eat dirt? boy whats next
Awesome video Paul!
Awesome video Paul! Thank you!
@petekrusetunes chlorella and allegedly breathing – personally i supplement
You are so right, you can be 100% raw AND be overweight!!!
Best episode yet, really enjoyed it Paul; it really feels as if you spoke from your heart. Blessings!
Right on Paul. Most people are clueless and LAZY and selfish and addicted. Hard for them to swallow but that is the truth, and only clear to those lucky blessed people who chose to CHANGE, do the work, and are now on a higher more enlightened and practical path. I AM TIRED OF ALL THE WHINERS (not you guys on this vlog) who complain and make excuses. Losing weight is easy! Just do nothing (almost) instead of being a big baby who needs to eat all the time! You can eat every other day and thrive.
@gggggggster Your question doesn’t make sense. Every man grows a beard. Some just decide to destroy it on a daily day. The question shouldn’t be why do you grow a bread but why shave? I’m just letting my body do what is most natural.
Love your videos. Very inspiring! I witnessed my aunts health problems
improve immensely by eating vegan 85% raw foods. Myself, I feel alot better eating this way too. Keep spreading the word with your wealth of knowledge.
Do you agree with using cleansing products for the bowel, kidney, parasite and liver?
Finally relaxing from working 50+ hours this week. Surfing the web, in search of helpful, healthy tips to keep me energized for the next weeks of long hours. Thank you for the insight.
I’m doing a thing now where I eat ONLY when I’m hungry and it’s been working pretty well. Â Sucked at first, cause we all eat out of habit.
