28 thoughts on “Happy Yom Teruah

    • My first feast too “just me”… I’m still trying to figure out what to do and what not to do…LoL. Our Heavenly Father will lead us to the Truth without a doubt. Blessings, Shalom

  1. Shalom Paul,  I see you follow the Hillel II calendar. Do you give any credence to Yom Teruah beginning AFTER the first sliver of the New Moon is sighted in Jerusalem by 2 witnesses…  I do the latter. It is quite literally, “The Feast that no man knows the day or hour”, and a mikrah / shadow picture of the Rapture.

  2. I thought it interesting that you blew shofar TEN times.

I am NOT making any dates or setting anything like that, but I am going to point something out:
This is 2018 ~~ and it is *ten* more years before 2028 comes. What is the significance? Yahshua was crucified on Passover during the year 28 ………….

May we ALL have eyes to see and ears to hear!

    Bless you abundantly
In LOVE and in TRUTH ~~~

  3. Hi Paul,

I have a question. I am super new to Torah, and I just got a new job. I want to refrain from work, but I don’t know what to do. There are several other feasts and I don’t know how to resolve this. Please help.

  4. I todah rabah Father Yahweh, I todah rabah Paul Nison, for teaching Yahwehs Way Of Truth In His Word here, boldly yet humbly. Hallelu Abba Yahweh!!!! Todah rabah Precious Messiah Yeshua HaMashiach!!!! Shalom Family In Yahweh! Amein.

  5. How can I congregate properly if no one I know is on the right path? My family and I who live in my house are the only people in our lives trying to follow our creator Yahweh’s law. I did not even know this was a sabbath day and already have appointments scheduled. I will be done working at 145pm. You said it goes until tomorrow evening, I can cancel my appointments that day. Always considered myself Christian but never understood the reason they don’t follow much of the Old Testament law and never really sat right with me. Also they tend to coddle sin instead of rebuking it. I’ve started to follow much of the Old Testament law and am still new to it, sorry for these questions. Btw Paul, thank you for everything you do. You are truly blessed and being used by Yahweh to spread his laws and truths!!!! Every video I watch resonates very deeply, and your daily bible readings are great.

    • I can relate BIG TIME, it’s like a NARROW PATH I imagined it to be like this but who do you congregate with so I have been following along with Bro Paul reading as well daily with him.I have been fed more in couple months than I have all my life.

  6. It’s OK in calculating this new moon (I go with the sliver of light), but Yom Teruah/Feast of Trumpets is also called the 2-day feast, the 1-long day feast, and the feast where NO MAN KNOWS THE DAY OR THE HOUR! It is also the day that is believed Yeshua will return…. it is so exciting! Shalom Paul.. The shofar is blown 100 times, and the last blow is called THE LAST TRUMP! .. Be blessed during the feast!

  7. The Bible specifically states that days are to be recognized, from evening to evening.

Isaiah points out that God was sickened by the new moons and sabbaths, adopted by the Jews, in Babylon.

I am convinced that this indicates that a new moon is the first sliver, not a completely blacked out Moon, that could just be thick cloud cover that is keeping you from seeing the Moon (before we were able to keep perfect track of the lunar cycle).

The stars and moon were made for SIGNS of times and seasons, not the lack thereof.

But, that is my personal opinion.

I recommend anyone reading this give it some thought and look in to it.
