Enjoy your day at the beach with your family! I see you are wearing a long shirt. How much time in the sun do you and family get of true sun exposure each day for vitamine D and what do you put in their skin? When I was younger I could lay out for 2-3 hours each day in the summer, on my holidays ect. before getting tanned but now you cannot do that. Thanx😃

After a few years 100%Raw Vegan (worked with 80/10/10, fruitarian, only whole and mono meals) I got diverticulitis, Chrones and Colman cancer in family history,. I was hospitalized and changed my diet which ended up SAD! A month ago I returned to a plant based diet. I’m not going to be so strict this time. Though I need my mental health and physical health and activity back. I’ve always appreciated your perspective. Having been raised WWCG (messianic perhaps) I too find spiritual clarity comes with healthy living and lifestyle.
