    I have a few questions. What are your thoughts on counting your micros, protein, fats and carbs? If you are on a vegan food diet, is that even necessary? Regarding losing weight, what are your thoughts that a person should only lose 1-2 lbs a week. What if someone wants to lose more than that and I’m not talking about an overly obese person?

  2. I watch videos of raw vegan food recipes and what really bothers me is they use so many tools to prepare their meals. Is not possible to make a simple meal without all those stuff?

You know what would be really cool and helpful and motivating to get those of us ready for every other day eating 💁🏻‍♀️ just video each thing you put in your body for a week and put it to a video. No hard work – just record on your phone or take a picture to show each days meal(s) and each juice days juices for a week and compile it into one YouTube video 😃
