Is glacial silt the same as rock dust?? I live in Alaska and can get glacial silt, so want to know if it is the same???
The Hunza’s use glacial silt & glacial water. They have/had one of the best lifespans on earth (that was until they started to become ‘civilised’ after a road was built to them). I wish I could get hold of some of that silt!
I use volcanic rock dust and manure. WOW things grow so much better and the taste is awesome. If I eat mineral rich food them I don’t need to eat as much, It is so much more satisfying.
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I am just learning to use the abundance that Nature provides in the land where I live. Glacial silt sucks when it is windy as it makes poor air quaility, but now I am going to harvest it for my garden!! Thanks
I’m curious to know where I can get rock dust in Saskatchewan Canada
@whateverdude1984 i am interested to know what minerals are missing in a person with graying hair. email: a_sneij@yahoo.com

N, P, K, Ca, Mn, Mg, Mo, B, Fe, Zn, Si and Cu. For starters, amounts differs from the crops you want to grow.
