Today I answer the question, how do I deal with being different. In a world when everyone is sick or doesn't understand about eating healthy, I talk about how I suggest we deal with such people.

  1. Thanks for these comments, Paul. I fully understand how you feel. I eat a high raw diet. The people I work with make fun of my diet. I just got to the point I don’t mention anything anymore, just to avoid being viewed as obsurd. I am so unconventional, I even make my own dishwashing and laundry detergents. It is economical and I am eliminating exposure to toxic chemicals.

  2. I’m in the public eye all day long so people often ask what I am eating. While they are usually scarfing down fast food (if you don’t eat it fast, it doesn’t even taste like food?) while I am having a breakfast of fruit and green tea. Or maybe a lunch of greens and sprouts. If they ask why, I do say “it is at the recommendation of my Physician” which is true. YHWH wants us to take good care of what HE has given us! So I get the chance to ‘sow a seed’ with them and maybe one day…

  3. I have a TV in my house that collects dust. Only reason I keep it is because I like to watch movies on the weekend sometimes. I get folks all the time ask me how I can live without modern technologies? No smart phone for me. Only technology I have in my in house is a prepaid phone, magic jack and a decent PC. Composting toilet is perfect just have to be careful if you live in a Urban area.
Also do not partake in over eating on holidays.

  4. Why don’t you see any long living raw food people?
Why do the people in Okinawa eating cooked foods live to be in the 90’s and 100’s
if they are only eating a small percentage of raw?

  5. @thedurianking After taking a second look I came to realize that it’s the lovely Paul Nison – what for it – IN DISGUISE hahahaha! Seriously, some amazing piece of advice. I should view all of your videos now – my doctor told me! Respect. Keep up the good work!
