Almond milk is one of my favorite drinks. But almond milk packaged and sold in the stores is not fresh or healthy. Almond milk is so simple to make a home! In this video, I will show you how to make it. Enjoy!

Recipe:

-1 cup soaked almonds
-2 cups water

Strain in a nut milk bag

You now have almond milk!

After you have the almond milk base, you can add other ingredients like honey, green powder, leafy greens, stevia, etc. I added, salt, coconut meat, honey, Barley Max and ice to this almond milk. Delicious!

  1. having a beard is a good idea. When you go out to the park later-on, you could have a suck on your beard – it would be like a pack-lunch.

    • He could’ve left the blender on a lot longer and just drink it that way but you would still get the bits and pieces of the almonds, even in a Vitamix. If someone would prefer to just do that and drink the bits of almonds, I guess it would be their prerogative.

  2. I do it with one cup of almonds and 3 cups of water. Better yet, I like to soak the almonds for 8 hours and pop off all the skins and put a cup of skinned almonds in with 3 cups of water. In the latter case I blend it a little bit longer, because I do not strain out the fiber, which is not even noticeable in many recipes.
