nice honesty. i’ve just recently been making great progress on the “daylight diet”. I do one or two meals a day. I’m juicing and eating lots of fruit, but I still crave fast food type foods even though I don’t go for them because of the quality. Sometimes I can’t avoid eating out cheap sometimes for convenience and also for lack of time and resources to prepare. Just to feel full and satisfied, I’ve been buying a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with my fresh squeezed juice. Recently I’ve stopped doing the sandwich and now I’m starting to crave that feeling again without craving the sandwich… so what should I do when I feel cravings to be full and satisfied? I ended up eating a Wendy’s cheeseburger and whole loaf of raisin bread one morning this week…. In one way, I’m “going to another level” but on the other hand, when I make progress it gives me an excuse to fall off the wagon, especially when I already feel like I need more fuel than salad and fruit to do heavy landscaping work. I don’t crave dairy any more but I can’t seem to completely stop bread and sandwiches, even though I know the wheat and gluten is bad for my teeth, gut, and brain. I don’t see myself as someone who wants to eat lettuce wrapped burgers as a solution, but good salads and other satisfying meals aren’t always available or convenient to a busy lifestyle… and besides, Is there any real substitute for sausage and eggs? I’m so confused… Should I just eat mangos and berries all day?
When it becomes a life or death thing, you will only eat a raw vegan (no processed, or fasst foods at all), no animal products to heal you. When you keep at it, you will come to dispise and feel repulsed by junk, fast, and processed foods! Your cravings will go away You will save lots of money when you do not buy fast foods out, OR any animal products, you will save money eating veggies, fruits and grains beans, etc. You can also cook in bulk for instance, cook a lot of rice, beans, etc, and chop up a big salad to eat on all week. I bulk cook adn have available these items to use as bases for my meals. I hot pack them into canning jars, then into the refridgerator. Yes, you must evolve into it, and wean yourself off the horrible SAD diet. You can do this! G-d bless you!
great advice! the mass prep / cooking is a problem that I will have to work on… Very difficult for me to save and reheat for some reason, but I’ll work on it. Thanks for the good advice!
I can see in me and others how there is an spontaneous and integral movement between my spiritual evolvement and how lighter and lighter foods the body demands for sustenance. Though emotional attachments to older obsolete experiences with βfoodsβ are a real fight. It is becoming obvious how this spiritual-physical evolution is having a greater impact on our mass consciousness now days. Thanks for your testimony; I find it very helpful.
Paul, in one of his books Arnold Ehret described a strong man who lived in the german Black Forrest (?) eating only one apple a day for many years. Do you know this story?
I feel that we have to leave society at least for a limited time to be able to make faster progress. With higher conciousness we definetely need no physical food. We don’t have much time…
You see that progress is possible. So why do you reject a life without physical food? Is eating entertainment that we don’t want to give up? Should we fast, was Jesus asked. In the Gospel of Thomas there is an very interesting answer.
When we don’t eat and feel that there might be unthinkable possibilites for us, should we talk about it? I feel that it is harmful. But thanks for talking, Paul. There are not many searchers among us. When body and mind are clean enough energy flows through us. Physcial “food” becomes just grit in the gears. This state is confirmed by inner certainty. And THEN we should NEVER talk..
I have fallen off my health wagon, I am actively trying to get back on it. I just wanted to express similar experience, when I went vegan (much more whole foods at the time) I felt so connected to everything. Even wild and stray animals are chill around me. I also believe it is what cleared my mind and allowed me to feel/hear our Creator and eventually become Christian. …though I am now learning about Torah. You have been incredibly helpful, thank you.

I agree with this alot except….!!!! What’s up with your thinking that fruit sugar in juice is not as good as bitter green ones?!
I’m open to hearing. I’m not sure I agree at moment but open. Blessings ππ
Your energy levels when not eating inspire me Paul!!! ππππππ πππ
What are you trying to do with having non fruit sugar juices? I see nothing wrong with that, thanks!
