How to be saved

1. The bad News. We are sinners. (Romans 3:23.) We deserve to be punished in hell for our sins.
Romans 3:23
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

2. The Good News. Jesus Christ who is God's Son died on the cross for your sins. He was buried & rose again to give you eternal life in heaven as a free gift. (1 Corinthians 15:3-4. Romans 6:23.)
1 Corinthians 15:2-3
For I delivered to you in the first place what I also received, that Messiah died for our sins, according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day, according to the Scriptures.

What does DIED FOR OUR SINS mean?
-Are we allowed to keep sinning?
-Does his death nullify the Bible and how we should live?
-Should we just throw away the 10 commandments
-Did he die for are future sin (if we sin on purpose)

Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of Yahweh is everlasting life in Yeshua, Messiah our Master
*Sin Still brings death
Romans 6:22
But now you are free from sin and have become slaves of God. Now you do those things that lead to holiness and result in eternal life.
But now you are free from sin*
-The blood of Yeshua has freed a believer from the dearth penalty of their past sins,
-but now obeying the Torah will keep you free
-where one slips up he has the blood of Messiah to make up for that.
-However if one continues to sin it will lead to death.
Now you do those things that lead to holiness and result in eternal life.
-Now you are supposed to do things different than before you had Yeshua
-Yeshua set us free to give us another chance
-We now have a choice to choose life or death
-The gift of eternal life is a result of you living a new life. A different way than before
-Eternal life vs. Earthly life what are you securing?
and have become slaves of God
-A slave listens and follows the orders of his Master

3. How am I saved? Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved. (Acts 16:31.) Faith alone in Christ alone.

Acts 16:31
And they said, Believe on the Master Yeshua Messiah, and you will be saved, you and your household.

4. Once saved, always saved. Jesus said in John 6:47.
John 6:47
Truly, truly, I say to you. The one believing into Me has everlasting life.
What does belief in Yeshua really mean?

  1. I agree with you. I always say to judge the sin, not the sinner. We need to be careful in our judgements to make sure we are judging the deed rather than the person.

  2. Paul, thank you. Keep up the good work. My husband and I just love you. And for what you are doing for our Saviour Yeshua and his Father and our Father.

  3. Hebrews 12:6New American Standard Bible (NASB)

6 For those whom the Lord loves He disciplines,
And He scourges every son whom He receives.”

  4. 5 I have decided to deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of his flesh, so that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord ]Jesus.1 Corinthans 5:5

  5. 5 and you have forgotten the exhortation which is addressed to you as sons,

“My son, do not regard lightly the discipline of the Lord,
    Nor faint when you are reproved by Him;
6 For those whom the Lord loves He disciplines,
And He scourges every son whom He receives.”
7 It is for discipline that you endure; God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline? 8 But if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate children and not sons.

    • Brokenhill haven’t you read that Yehovah stated in the book of kings~ that Yehovah will put his ” name ” on the place that King David will build. God’s name is important. Why did the Pharisee’s go through the trouble of hiding His name if it was not important? Why did the angel, come down and meet joseph in a vision. And, provide a “name” of Yashua, to be given to the Son. And, lastly, why did Yahovah change the names of abram, sarah, Saul. To Abraham, Sarai, Shua’al ( Paul ). Each Hebrew name had a specific meaning to those it was given, too! So, yes, we are to keep the name. Also, the 144,000 remnant’s from the book of Revelations. That God’s name will be written on there foreheads. There will be only one name written in one pure language. Hebrew! Which will be the language of the New Kingdom to come!

    • I’m not trying to say that we should disregard or downplay the significance of God’s Name or that names in general don’t have significance in the BIble. What i’m saying is that unless we make some spectacular archaeological discovery of exactly how to pronounce the original Name of God, then we should probably not be fighting so much about it. We have more important work to be doing. Understanding God’s character is much more important than the phonetics of any biblical language.

Also, how do you know Hebrew will be the language in the Kingdom to come? I don’t even think we can say for sure that Hebrew goes back to creation–we don’t know what the language sounded like between Adam and God. But once again, it doesn’t really matter. God will give us whatever seems good to Him in the next life…I don’t have to learn Hebrew to please Him in this life.

    • Brokenhill. We have to go back to the very basics of what to believe to lay the foundation of what we believe ( starting with His name). Their are a few scriptures that state, We are to learn how to call on his name. CASE IN POINT: ” when will my people learn to call on my name, then i will heal there land.” In the word “name” is singular, not plural. There are other instances.
To answer you question regarding ” how do we know that Hebrew will be the pure language that we will return to. Michael Rood explains this best. But, according to a sripture from the book of Revelations. We will return to a pure language when the new Kingdom comes. We dont need to learn Hebrew to know your maker. But, you should learn Hebrew to decypher from the truth from a lie. So many denominations think they have the truth. But, really they don’t. Sadly, our christian churches are so off the mark… its not even funny.
Also, you should look into Nehemiah Gordon and see his research into the name of the Father. He has over 700 ancient Hebrew manuscripts that states name of the Father as Yahovah. So, maybe this will help aide in quest for truth.

    • Jesus Christ was not even a name during those days, it’s an English name, transliterated from a greek name Easeus (King James version 1611) the bible was originally written in hebrew, therefore everything in there is in Hebrew isn’t? Torah one of the oldest Hebrew scriptures upto today, clearly say we should call him Yashuah…just in case you tell me they’re just the same, jesus and Yashuah, well think about this, you can’t even connect to the wifi if you misspelled the password, howmuch more can you worship your Creator if you keep calling him the wrong name!?

  6. Paul I respect you but I feel that you are getting the law and grace confused, we are not saved by observing the law, we are saved by faith through faith in yeshua we do good works (law) because we are saved, we don’t do them to save us.

  7. I’m makn a comic book with all of these principles!!! I hope to finish the comic and have it handed out for free to reach people!!!
