  1. Michael I met you in Panama and it changed my life! You are a man of Yehova, may he bless your path and keep you, may he keep shining that light in you and may all your teachings be translated into spanish because they are a jewel. I admire your work and wish you shalom.

    • +theodore kreyvic good, succinct, accurate answer that inspires further personal study.
Long answer: Purchase a concordance. Look up every usage of the word “Sabbath” and read the immediate context. Make notes of your discoveries. Try to separate your previously held notions from what the scriptures articulate. Pray that the Holy Spirit leads you into all truth and Biblical faith.

  2. I’ve learned more about Yeshua and the bible over the past two years watching Michael Rood than I learned in the past 30 plus years in the baptist church. I’m so thankful for the holy spirit that led my hard headed butt to the truth.

  3. Mr Rood, what you think about the ritual slaughter in Judaism and Islam?

Romans 8:19 For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who subjected it, in hope  that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God.

Le 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it for you on the altar to make atonement for your souls, for it is the blood that makes atonement by the life. Therefore I have said to the people of Israel, No person among you shall eat blood, neither shall any stranger who sojourns among you eat blood. Proverbs 12/10 The righteous care for the needs of their animals, but the kindest acts of the wicked are cruel.

1Co 10:25 Eat whatever is sold in the meat market without raising any question on the ground of conscience. For “the earth is *7.* the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof.”
John 6:53 So Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, *7.* and I in him….Revelation “The new earth”

If one of the unbelievers invites you to dinner and you are disposed to go, eat whatever is set before you without raising any question on the ground of conscience.

Is it not barbarous an animal is fully conscious of cutting his throat?

Rituell slaughter, it is nonsense in the new covenant, through the shed blood of Christ.

The Righteousness of God Through Faith
But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it— the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction: for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God’s righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins. It was to show his righteousness at the present time, so that he might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus. Then what becomes of our boasting? It is excluded. By what kind of law? By a law of works? No, but by the law of faith. For we hold that one is justified by faith apart from works of the law. Or is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also, since God is one—who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith. Do we then overthrow the law by this faith? By no means! On the contrary, we uphold the law.

    The Founder of Salvation
For it was not to angels that God subjected the world to come, of which we are speaking. It has been testified somewhere, “What is man, that you are mindful of him, or the son of man, that you care for him? You made him for a little while lower than the angels; you have crowned him with glory and honor, putting everything in subjection under his feet.” Now in putting everything in subjection to him, he left nothing outside his control. At present, we do not yet see everything in subjection to him. But we see him who for a little while was made lower than the angels, namely Jesus, crowned with glory and honor because of the suffering of death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone. For it was fitting that he, for whom and by whom all things exist, in bringing many sons to glory, should make the founder of their salvation perfect through suffering. For he who sanctifies and those who are sanctified all have one source. That is why he is not ashamed to call them brothers, saying, “I will tell of your name to my brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will sing your praise.” And again, “I will put my trust in him.” And again, “Behold, I and the children God has given me.” Since therefore the children share in flesh and blood, he himself likewise partook of the same things, that through death he might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil, and deliver all those who through fear of death were subject to lifelong slavery. For surely it is not angels that he helps, http://www.hiddenbible.com/enoch/online.html but he helps the offspring of Abraham. ( So that he might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus. ) Therefore he had to be made like his brothers in every respect, so that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in the service of God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people. For because he himself has suffered when tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.

  4. Interesting conversation about the lighting the fire on the Shabbat. This became an issue for me when I moved to Montana. I live off grid and in the winter months there is no other option to heat the house other than to have a fire…because I only have wood stoves to heat the house. I have come to the conclusion that the Father does not intend for people to shiver under blankets or for them to have their pipes freeze and burst on the Shabbat. How could some people keep warm without having a fire in certain parts of the world?
I have heard that some also believe the kindling a fire had specifically to do with work, meaning that the fire was part of their livelihood and so in order to keep people from working He prohibited it. Another thing I have heard is that this refers to starting an argument…kindling a fire, meaning starting a fight or argument. There is a dire punishment attached to this command…but I also notice it’s only mentioned one time in all of Scripture.
I’ve had to make peace with the fact I really must have a fire on the Shabbat during certain months of the year, I live in the mountains in the Pacific Northwest. And having a fire is not merely pushing a button for me. But I do typically already have the fire lit and have all the wood gathered in for Shabbat ahead of time.

  5. Thanks Michael !!! Sabbath keeping for me is really a mega part of the truth that has set me free – praying that the Ruach Qodesh will release many listeners from the papal bondage that I was in for many years. Sabbath keeping is true freedom in Yahuah !!!

    • I knew nothing of Sabbath Keeping except what I learned for over 30 years in Pentacostalism…I am very new at all this…and feel like I am being pulled in two directions…I just want to be in God’s Will and do what is pleasing to Him…I need a Chronological Bible, but, can’t afford one at this time…maybe someone could send one to me?…I can be reached through layna8@telus.net…if someone feels led to do so…Thankyou, L.

  6. When I was in my late teens (now 21) I used to be heavily influenced by Messianic Judaism as a result I purchased Tallits for myself and family members.

I no longer use them in anyway but what would you suggest I do with them?

  7. I was lead to learning and opening my eyes. I believe Yeshua has introduced me to the Hebrew Israelites so I could learn the gospel for myself and not through someone else. I do not understand what the Saturday Shabbat is or what to do. I cannot find a Torah I can afford. I hope I can learn what I need to know from your videos and my niv bible. Can you teach me about the real calendar and what the feasts are and fasting? Being raised catholic i had never heard the name Yeshua, Yah, Yahway, I hope I’m following where the lord is leading me to go.

  8. Which scripture is correct when breaking the Bread, “This is my body, which is given for you… Lk 22:19, ESV” or    “…this is my body, which is broken for you. I Co. 11:24, KJV” Pleae explain.  Thank you.

  9. thank you lord for finding this .i have been losing the only thing important to me.i can feel my faith escaping and iv been turning to the world for lack luster compensation.for the first time in years i see another way..only time will tell if micheal rood can heal me with this ministry.is it possible the lord this is what my heart is yearning for,,i can tell this closer to walking a path that is pleasing to the lord….all glory to GOD

  10. 2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
So for christians: Shabbat is : don’t work on the 7th day but spend time with your Abba Father with prayer, bible study, music, etc. No rituals required.
Not keeping shabbat but sunday instead won’t condemn you to hell, becasue primarily there is salvation in the belief in Yeshua Ha Masschiah and his death and resurrection. (John 3:16)

When I go to the anniversary of a friend or family member, you bring a present. If I would not bring a present, the friend or family member doesn’t stop being that relative. The present is just for joy of giving and please your relative.
Likewise for me keeping shabbat is like giving a present to my Heavenly father.

  11. I was in Yaffa during the golf war with my 2 children. Praise Yah!I want to learn more of how Karaeite celebrate jewish holidays and Shabbath.Thank you so much.May YHVH bless us all more abundantly and spiritually. May YHVH face shine morebon us.

  12. I have been watching the reasons why the Jewish people don’t accept Yeshua as The Messiah. It would be nice to hear Michael Rood debate Tovia Singer or atleast respond to his refutation of the Renewed covenant (N.T.)

  13. Just love hearing from Nehemia Gordon. Thank you for being brave enough, Michael, to welcome his knowledge and bubbly personality. I’m praying for you both. Yeshua is Messiah for sure, for sure. I pray this comes to light for Nehemia. When he comes to this, the whole world will be blessed. 🙂 Indeed.
