    • But its possible i used some sounds that makes you only sleep for 4 hours and it worked for me i woke up full of energy….like energized…

  1. The best sleep I had it was in Morocco, in the summer. From 9 pm to 5 pm. At 1 pm I had a nap. This was ideal for me, I had energy, no migraine at all. Back in UK, I sleep at 1 am to 7 am, in the weekend from 3 am to 11 am. And I wake up with migraine very often and I have pain on my legs. As far as I know, it’s good to go sleep early after sunset, wake up in the last part of the night (pray eventualy) go back to sleep until sunrise. This is the islamical way, to have a break, as you say.

    • +Fatiha Ahmed Abdelhadi you feel tired in the UK because you sleep very late. You will feel tired if you go to sleep at after 1 am even if you sleep for 15 hours straight. Try sleeping at like 10pm – 12pm range, for 7-9 hours, and you will feel great.

  2. If I go strictly by how I feel, my body automatically tells me when I need sleep and I sleep.  I feel like I’m neglecting my body’s needs if I try to ignore it.  My question is: are our bodies designed for polyphasic sleep?  I certainly don’t know.  And what were our sleep patterns before modern civilization and technology?  I’ve always wanted to try polyphasic sleep because of the extra hours of productive time it allows, maybe in the future.

  3. AWESOME PIECE ITS INTERESTING THAT I FOUND THIS VIDEO AT THIS POINT IN MY LIFE…I HAVE BEEN DETOXING FROM DRINKN REDOX SIGNALING MOLECULES FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS…BASICALLY IAM UP FOR POTTY BREAKS SOMETIMES EVERY 1 1/2-2 HRS PER NITE…AMAZINGLY WHEN I SLEEP I GET MY LEVEL 4 SLEEP DREAMING OF THE PAST DAY OR ACTUALLY WRITING MY UPCOMN BOOK IN MY SPIRIT…I DONT SNAP PERCAE DURING THE DAY BUT I DO PERIODICALLY NOD IN THE LATE EVENING HOURS…IAM 68 YEARS YOUNG BY THE WAY WITH A CIRCULATION OF A 30 YEAR YOUNG WOMAN AS SAID BY WORLD RENOUWN VASCULAR SURGEON DR RUSSELL LAM OUT OF DALLAS, TX…I FEEL ENERGIZED WHEN I DO GET UP MAYBE A LITTLE SLEEPY BUT OVER ALL I FEEL PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY GREAT!!!…I DO A TOP OF THE LINE NUTRITION PROGRAM WHICH I KNOW IS THE REASON FOR MY WELLNESS OTHERWISE MY IMMUNE SYSTEM WOULDBE OUT OF WACK CAUSING ME TO SUFFER WITH MANY ILLNESSES…WELL SINCE IVE ONCE AGAIN WROTE A CHAPTER IN IF MY BOOK I WILL CLOSE SAYN U R WHAT U EAT WITH PROPER NUTRITION U DONT NEED A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF SLEEP AS YOUR BODY SLEEPS WHEN IT NEEDS TO….

  4. I’m 49 and as long as I can remember I have never slept more that 4 to 5 hours each night.  If I get “stuck” on an idea or project I will stay awake for 2 days straight without a problem.  I do feel tired by the end of the 2nd day and will usually sleep for 5 hours then I’m up, wide awake ready to start the new day.

  5. i sleep 7-8 hrs easy, and wake refreshed/happy.  but i do like little naps every so often, they don’t mess with my night sleep. I can also do fine on 5 hrs. sleep, tho.
& never get jet lag –I can sleep on planes.

  6. I’ll be 43yrs old in Oct., been working 80hrs Mon.- Fri. since 2013. I sleep approximately 2.5+Hrs at 5PM-8PM and at 12AM-3AM. You just have to TRAIN your body to sleep at certain times .. same way you train your body to accept food, use the bathroom, etc., all at certain times.

  7. What do you think about polyphasic sleeping?

…I’m turned off by everyone I research (skipping past) the part where they say it reduces life span and causes cancer??

    What’s your take on that?

  8. Very interesting. I am experiencing a phase of sleeping but being conscious at the same time. I am now wondering if we really need to sleep actually? Maybe you are right and we only need a few naps per day. that would give us more time to work on personal project and self improvement! Good job!
