  1. SOME OF THAT FAT GO TO THE BACK OF YOUR HEAD AND NECK AS WELL THATS WHY SOME GUYS HAVE THOSE FAT ROLLS IN THE BACK OF THERE HEAD AND NECK AND FAT CELLS ARE ALL OVER YOUR BODY !!!!

  2. ON A SIDE-NOTE PASTOR: Do you use or know of colloidal silver? (as a homemade anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-microbial remedy). You can make you own medicine (proven by every university test to kill every virus and bacteria) for pennies a dose, which was used to treat infections before antibiotics were patented. VERY INTERESTING AND USEFUL. My family uses it everywhere from cleaning/disinfecting counters to cleaning fishtanks (eliminates algae buildup), to eye/ear infections for my family and pets.     • It really depends on the person. Simple carbs should never be consumed ( or kept at a minimum ), but if someone has a history of diabetes in their family, meaning they’re prone to insulin resistance, they’d be better off with a low carb, high fat, moderate protein diet.

      When your insulin levels are high your body retains sodium. When insulin levels drop ( which happens with a low carb diet ) your body dumps the sodium. In some people, who are salt resistant, the induction phase of the low carb diet can cause flu like symptoms due to the loss of sodium. Others don’t have symptoms at all when going on a low carb diet, because they’re likely salt sensitive, and if they’re salt sensitive, a high carb diet will lead to high blood pressure due to sodium retention.

      For a person that is salt resistant, a high carb diet with complex carbs and low fat is beneficial. For person who is salt sensitive, a low carb, high fat, and moderate protein diet is better.

  5. Pastor Dowell the timing of this video is perfect! Been busting my butt at the gym for 5 weeks (2-3 hrs cardio + 45 mins weights) and my weight plateaued after a big initial loss and its got to be the carbs/sugars because my calories have been well below 1200 every day. Started lean meat + veggies only today and sure think this is the answer! Thank you!! Make more of these videos Pastor!
