  1. I keep mine as just almonds only and use it for a banana, peanut butter, and cocoa smoothy for breakfast. Can mix any fruit with it. Experiment!

    I have wondered about how some stevia is whitened, knowing it comes from a leafy green herb. Can you explain the processing differences of green and white stevia and why one might prefer one over the other? It just might convince me to try to switch to the green stevia, if I can become of aware of why one might be a better choice than the other.

    I recently saw a new machine that simplifies making homemade almond milk…no nut bag and squeezing required, Let me know if you want me to post a link, so you can check it out.

    I have never made homemade almond milk, but want to try. All store bought ones that I have read the labels state they have gums and vitamins, but I don’t know if those are synthetic. If I make my own, I can avoid unwanted additives and synthetics.
