  1. my worry about an 80 percent or higher percent raw diet is that your body has to work hard to break down the cellulose and the cell walls of the plants. I feel like your body would have a hard time always doing that. Can I get your thoughts?

    • In terms of vegetables, only eat SOFT leafy greens.  Or non-sweet fruits (such as cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplant, squash, zucchini, pumpkin, etc…).  We are not cows, we don’t have four stomachs, we can’t digest cellulose of fibrous  plants such as grasses.  As primates, we thrive best on fruits, however. Depends if you just want just a plain, or good, or better, or the best optimal diet.

    • The human body doesn’t break down the cellulose fibers in fact those fibers are there to act as a broom to sweep out the intestine all the body extract the fluid and juices from the plants that are chewed and swallowed.

Cooking the vegetable makes them softer and releases the sulfur which isn’t very good for the tummy and the colon and causes farts

    • I used to believe what you state above as well.  But I have learned the long and hard way:  In that, of course, such excessive “broom” sweeping of insoluble fiber is also known to irritate the delicate mucous membrane walls of the intestinal tracts, and such constant repetitive friction from the “insoluble fibers” can damage and cause polyps or malformations along the lining to form as a result.  Thus the importance of “soluble fiber,” as nature intended.  I rather have farts than colon cancer any day.  And have you noticed the rise in colon cancer lately due to a diet farther and farther removed from our natural species specific diet?

  2. You are so right! I always had these thoughts as a child and now that i’m an adult and can make my own choices I am a fruitarian. Eating meat was always disgusting to me.

    • it’s common for people with genetic #Pyroluria to dislike meat. It’s a blood condition. Dr Mensa and Dr William Walsh post often about this and you can get tests fot it. Individuals w/ it need xtra high doses of Zinc, Omega 6(borage oil), P5p(active B6)…etc

    • I’ts so funny you say this Lego Las because my daughter as a baby, would spit out the gerber or beechnut strained chicken in jar, as a toddler in her high chair she’d one by one take her little tiny hands and playfully toss the chicken or pork pieces onto floor that I very carefully cut to tiny bite size pieces for her to chew, as a teen she was the oddball with her friends because at the burger joints she’d order the whopper without the meat. Now she’s a beautiful young woman who is a vegan. From baby she never liked any type of meat. I learned from her what came to her naturally. Was any of this you growing up? lol

    • M M Keep going brother, I’m still playing the violin! Cry your little heart out son! I know where you’re coming from, it must be painful living a life like yours scrambling for justifications for eating innocent creatures. Especially when none exist! You carry on looking though boy! Humane ways to kill, Lol. You’re a funny f@cker!

  3. In a cold, wet, windy environment you need something hot. A vegan diet would be unaffordable here. And trying to get enough iron from a vegan diet alone is very difficult.

    • Spotted goats you don’t need to get iron the way you’ve been taught to believe and accept.
Iron from plants is alkaline and is balanced through photosynthesis.

Iron in an animal’s blood is absolutely toxic and foreign to the human vessel when consumed.

When cooked it is even more toxic.

The iron in animal blood is second hand iron and not the same as eating the plants and the chlorophyll that the animal ate himself or herself to continue their own life with…

Blood itself is toxic to the human body we are not meant to eat blood of any sort not even from your own finger when it’s cut.

Oxidized blood is poison to the human body never eat it regardless of the propaganda coming out of the military industrial complex governed Food and Drug Administration.

      Eat a salad yo

  4. Yes God told Noah that if needed he and his family could eat meat.
Nonetheless it was meant to be a side dish not as a main diet……it was always a plant based diet that was intended. Plant based foods were designed especially for humans and of course animals.

    I love your videos.
I’ve had ulcerative colitis all of my adult life. I was diagnosed at age 21 and I’m now 61 so I’ve lived with this curse for 40 years.
I recently stopped taking all my meds. (Steroids, Asacol, Azathioprine and Cetrizine) I stopped eating all processed foods. I also stopped eating dairy then went vegan.
I’m now 5 days into my 28 day juicing plan (recipes from Jason vale) I’m determined to carry on.
Thanks for the insight you help us to see.
Keep going. I’m really inspired by you. ☺

  5. Or… what had Noah and his family been eating all the time they were on the Ark? Maybe dried veggies or milk, cheese made from the animals; maybe they had some gardening going on inside…. so why would we assume that suddenly they had no more food when the waters receded? I am eating fruits seeds nuts and vegetables and some fish; vegan is not the ONLY way for every person to live.

  6. What about the rain being 4.0 or less pH when it’s supposed to be 5 to 5.5? What about burning fossil fuels which create sulfuric and nitric acid? What about the nitrogen cycle in the soil? What about growing our food in tap water? What about NPK fertilizer depleting magnesium?

It’s not about food. It’s about light, water and magnetism.

I have not enjoyed the meat for several years now, knowing what I know now I don’t believe I ever did.

  8. your crazy idea about not eating animals sounds like a false utopia, explain survival im harsh conditions, salting and drying meats for soldiers. you would see other animals eating meats and try it, fire and meats are an obvious gift from god.
