  1. this guy wasnt fat… he was clogged…. herbs and natural food help unclog the gut/lymph/ liver. you can even still eat meat…. just know where it comes from

  2. Awesome story. I’m wondering now where he gets his protein, B12 and iron? Many people incorporate some cooked proteins like beans, rice or potatoes or even animal proteins like eggs or fish back into their diets after being a long term vegan. I’m not sure if he is doing that, since he said after 4.5 years his diet slightly changed.

Since adopting the raw lifestyle, but including some chicken and fish, I have lost 28.2 pounds in 2 months and still going strong.
