Personally, I think if a woman wants to dress immodestly and expects men not to look, then her heart is really not pure. She is casting a stumbling block for her brethren. How is that okay? I worked in an aircraft factory. Every time men heard women’s shoes (heels) coming down the aisle, every man stopped working and looked to see what the woman looked like. I think it’s natural for them to look, even if they don’t want to. Women should want to protect men from temptation. (I am a woman)
Two way street. Yeshua chose not to sin, we are given the same option. Regardless of how women dress it is up to a man not to look or to look. I’m a man.
Thank you for sharing, Paul. I needed to hear this. A few years ago, we had a brother come to our assembly, and I held out my hand to shake his hand and welcome him and he wouldn’t, and honestly I was a little embarrassed and offended, but I get it. Hugging is in my nature, but I am glad you brought this out. Yes, no matter our age, we definitely can learn and grow!
When men strive together one with another, and the woman of the one draws near for to deliver her man out of the hand of him that smites him, and puts forth her hand, and takes him by the secrets: Then you shall cut off her hand, your eye shall not pity her. You shall not have in your bag diverse weights, a great and a small. You shall not have in your house diverse measures, a great and a small. But you shall have a perfect and just weight, a perfect and just measure shall you have: that your days may be lengthened in the land which Yahuah Elohayka gives you. DEVARIYM (DEUTERONOMY) 25:11-15 את CEPHER
I remember once being angry and even crying alone because I couldn’t stop looking at women. At the time I was in a non-denominational church. I called my Pastor at that time and told him. He started laughing at me and I was shocked he was, then he said that, that was a sign I was being radically transformed and beginning to love what Abba loves and hate what Abba hates. He told me that we cannot think two thoughts at once so to simply starve and kill that desire and self-control will grow. 💪🙏☝️
Then once I remember walking by three girls that were attractive according to the “world”, and because I didn’t look stare at them as I walked past them I heard one tell the other two,” I bet he’s gay”. 😂
I just want to please Father. 💪🙏☝️
@Another Saint brother, I’m sorry you had to endure those circumstances 😔. Your point about radical transformation is excellent though and very encouraging to all of us going through trials 💖
I wore shorts last week because it was so hot. The I got to thinking I can wear my capri pants and my baggy rounded neck tee and be just as comfortable. I’m still a work in progress. But I’m still working at it.
Thank you, Paul. I appreciate your teaching about modesty. It’s so difficult to find modest pants that I have just begun wearing full-length dresses so not too reveal my shape. Along with my head covering maybe people think I gave joined a cult or something….but who cares! I’m working every day to draw closer to the Lord.
I am a woman and I’m working on my modesty. I want to learn to sew long skirts. I do put leggings under my skirts. I have been covering my hair sometimes when in public. Keep me in your prayers. Thank you for this discussion.

“If your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out” – seems to be we are all individually responsible for ourselves.
Reminder: women have eyes too.
I’m single n say hi to every customer walks in Walmart, unless it’s a family, then I look only at the man n say hi….try it, boys
Your comments always make me smile and think dude. Thank you for serving YHWH.

I agree with you 100%
Although I will add this, it goes back to the Heart. There are some men that will lust after a Muslim woman that’s covered Head to Toe in Black.
Which is why I feel men should keep a Modest Heart too and not just focus on the Clothes.
Nevertheless, I DO agree with everything else you said.
I would like to hear
That CD that would be great.
There’s nothing more attractive than a modest and humble heart of a woman.
I agree, I try to always ask Yahweh before I leave my house if my dress is modest. My husband does the same.

Tudi for the message on “modesty” my dear brother Paul. It truly is a heart issue.. Ahmein ❤️🙏
The outside reflects the inside…..I know first hand! I used to walk in the Jezebel Spirit but by the grace of God have been delivered 😇🙏🏻
