  4. Paul, when growing your sprouts , do you add any things to the water, any mineral are anything to enhance the sprouts ?

  5. OOh I love making the big salad!! My recent obsession is red cabbage and fennel in my salad. I wish I could grow sprouts. It looks so easy but I’m afraid it will mold.

  6. I’ve always taken supplements off and on my whole life. Even when I ate a standard diet. FUNNY THING….I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and low iron while eating meat and dairy!! (never took a calcium or iron supplement before then) Blows that theory to pieces in my opinion.
