  1. I totally agree with your most important tip for everything in life and that is Organization when you can. There are life moments that happen and we need go to plans that resonate health and wellness to us – a backup plan-but overall true life long success comes from organizing.   2. Thanks your right brother paul I’m going through a lot of stress where to live and things in boxes- not organized, and I tend to eat out of emotions ( stress eating and out of worry too) need to be more disciplined. Harder if your doing it without help on your own.

  3. Variety is important. The amount must be balanced. Appetite was the first sin and it was the first one that Satan tempted Jesus. Only God can help us to eat correctly.
