  1. CONSISTENCY is definitely key. I know that some individuals are strict with their diet Monday to Friday, & then they permit themselves to cheat on the weekend. Unfortunately, this can make many “fall off the wagon”. This is a LIFESTYLE, not a DIET. It’s about ABUNDANCE, not RESTRICTION. Being on a whole foods plant based diet can reverse conditions: high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, etc. It’s about PREVENTION, to avoid INTERVENTION. Be well. 🌱🏃‍♀️🙏🙂
