@charlesobama (One hundred grams of carob contains no caffeine and only three milligrams of theobromine; 100 grams of chocolate contains 180 milligrams of caffeine and 2,320 milligrams of theobromine.) do you know how small 3 milligrams in 100 grams. Not much at all. While chocolate has 2,320 milligrams in 100 grams.
Thanks for addressing this important topic of cacao. Carob sounds like a promising alternative. I’ll look into it more.
