I started juicing and noticed at about 3-4 weeks in, that my mind is becoming clear and I have all of these thoughts and ideas for projects that I want to do.  I also feel like I have abundant energy to do these projects.  That is just one thing I noticed from increasing my intake of raw fruits and vegetables from zero servings,  I am now up to about 6-9 servings a day.  Slowly ramping it up as my taste buds get used to the flavors, etc.
