Why do people think Yeshua was teaching different commandments than our Creator?

  1. Bottom line out of all of this, if Yeshua was preaching a “different law” with “different commandments”….if he was preaching that Torah has been done away with and that it’s no longer valid then he automatically becomes a FALSE PROPHET per Deuteronomy 18. It is what it is. But I don’t read anything contradictory or different than what I read in Torah. Nothing at all different from the “old” to the “new” (other than the obvious change in priesthood, which really wasn’t a change since it was already prophecied to be in the Tanakh….  and Yeshua being the slain lamb for all time for all peoples who come into the fold of Israel):

    Matthew 22
    36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
    37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
    38 This is the first and great commandment.
    39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
    40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

    Mark 12
    29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
    30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
    31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

    Deuteronomy 6
    4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:
    5 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

    Leviticus 19
    18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the Lord.

    CHECKMATE. Debate over. Throw away those traditions of men garbage.

    • +TechMan1219 “the man made doctrine of Rome.”….you know, I was born and raised in the RCC and not even the Catholic Church denigrates, demeans, and demonizes God’s laws like you see among this new-age Evangelical, greasy grace, love covers all manner of sin and debauchery. Even the RCC allows the observance of Torah laws, feasts, Sabbath, etc for those who choose to do so especially among Jewish converts to Catholicism. Where the RCC goes off the rails is more of replacement theology where they posit themselves as the “New Israel” where they can dictate all manner of new laws, doctrines and dogmas no matter if it conflicts with Biblical Scriptures/Torah or not.

      But growing up as a Catholic among Catholics there was always a healthy “reverence” so to speak when it came to the Torah laws….obviously lip service but nothing like you see these vile attacks on God’s laws you see today among these weirdo grace groups. Many even go as far as saying that God’s laws are evil, YHWH is Satan, Jesus’ Father isn’t YHWH…..right onto heresy lane and straight off blasphemy cliff. Telling folks that believe in Yeshua for their salvation but observe Torah and you “were never saved”….so believe in Jesus…..but don’t follow his laws which are simply magnifications of his Father’s laws minus Pharisaical oral traditions/laws? Yeshua cast demons into pigs but they are magically clean now? It’s insanity.

      4 Hear the word of YAHWEH (Adonai), house of Ya‘akov
      and all families in the house of Isra’el;
      5 here is what Adonai says:

      “What did your ancestors find wrong with me
      to make them go so far away from me,
      to make them go after nothings
      and become themselves nothings?
      6 They didn’t ask, ‘Where is Adonai,
      who brought us out of the land of Egypt,
      who led us through the desert,
      through a land of wastes and ravines,
      through a land of drought and death-dark shadows,
      through a land where no one travels
      and where no one ever lived?’
      7 I brought you into a fertile land
      to enjoy its fruit and all its good things;
      but when you entered, you defiled my land
      and made my heritage loathsome.
      8 The cohanim didn’t ask, ‘Where is Adonai?’
      Those who deal with the Torah did not know me,
      the people’s shepherds rebelled against me;
      the prophets prophesied by Ba‘al
      and went after things of no value.

      9 “So again I state my case against you,” says Adonai,
      “and state it against your grandchildren too.
      10 Cross to the coasts of the Kitti’im and look;
      send to Kedar and observe closely;
      see if anything like this has happened before:
      11 has a nation ever exchanged its gods
      (and theirs are not gods at all!)?
      Yet my people have exchanged their Glory
      for something without value.
      12 Be aghast at this, you heavens!
      Shudder in absolute horror!” says Adonai.
      13 “For my people have committed two evils:
      they have abandoned me,
      the fountain of living water,
      and dug themselves cisterns, broken cisterns,
      that can hold no water!

      14 “Is Isra’el a slave, born into serfdom?
      If not, why has he become plunder?
      15 The young lions are roaring at him —
      how loudly they are roaring!
      They desolate his country,
      demolishing and depopulating his cities.
      16 The people of Nof and Tachpanches
      feed on the crown of your head.

      17 “Haven’t you brought this on yourself
      by abandoning Adonai your God
      when he led you along the way?
      18 If you go to Egypt, what’s in it for you?
      Drinking water from the Nile?
      If you go to Ashur, what’s in it for you?
      Drinking water from the [Euphrates] River?
      19 Your own wickedness will correct you,
      your own backslidings will convict you;
      you will know and see how bad and bitter
      it was to abandon Adonai your God,
      and how fear of me is not in you,”
      says Adonai Elohim-Tzva’ot. Amen. Shalom.

    • The evidence against the church is endless.  And how do we love our GOD by keeping his commandments and they are not burdensome.  1John 5-3.  Checkmate again.  Bottom line most people just dont care they want to do what they wanna do.  They will follow anything that says they can.

    • +John Mal Amen. Seek my face and pray and I will give you the Ruach to guide you and set you apart for the Kingdom, stop sinning and Love one another, Amen.

      Blessings from Shaddai: (Almighty Source of Blessing and Destruction), Amen. Shalom.

  2. Brother the Lord is Using you to give me confirmation again, 2 videos in a row! I’m writing about this topic for an audio clip, we are even using the some of the same examples. Amazing how the Lord speaks and answers prayer! GD Bless

  3. Yes, you are right He did remove scales from my eyes so that I can see and read what the word says it is so crazy! I am rereading the Torah from the beginning and I am reading and understanding things that I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE same book as before. Praise YHVH ! My soul rejoices!

  4. You can tell some people that the Commandments still stand today until you are blue in the face and still they will not listen….So I have just started telling them they are Lawless…

  5. Bro the law that Yahusha did away with was the levitical blood sacrifice law dan ch 9 and for a 2nd witness Hebrews ch 10 shalom Keep Torah!!!!!

    • Allelu-YAH Brother,  The Great I am = The Alpha & Omega = The Aleph & Tav = The Eternal One Of Israel.  “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” John 1:1

  6. Thank you! I fully agree.. I no longer call myself a Christian, I’m not Jewish, and can no longer call myself Messianic. So many of my Messianic friends think the Law is a burden that needs to be done away with. I believe the Bible and was told it was the owners manual, but when I started doing what it said I am labeled legalistic. That’s ok, if God said it and I can do it, then so be it. I’ve been asking the question to my friends, is the Torah a burden or a delight? Too many scriptures tell the truth, but they ignore them. The dietary laws were probably the fact that removed the scales from my eyes. Dietary laws have they been done away with…. They were given to prevent disease, Do we still have diseases? How many of our diseases they have no real idea of what causes them. A human disease class proved most disease they still don’t know and what do people ask? Why did God allow this to happen? Are you kidding me He gave us Torah to prevent the diseases. I’m working on compiling what diseases probably are caused by going outside Gods commandments. I love Him and am so grateful for His Torah. I kind of like not having a label and my husband is in full agreement with me. Your YouTube was refreshing, Than you!

  7. Shalom! I have a question. Can you show me where in the tanakh where YAH says that He himself will come down to earth in the flesh to redeem His people? I see where YAH said that He will raise up a man like unto Moshe from among the Israelites to redeem them and YAH said that He would fill this man with His Ruach.

  8. It’s hard to get through to those who do not have the eyes to see and ears to hear. To start with, if you follow the commands of men, for instance, Sunday worship, Christmas, Easter etc., all edicts of man, (Constantine) and not the the commands of God. The danger is going to far the other way; into legalism. You said it,”Yeshua is YHVH. Good job brother.

  9. 2 John 1:7 (KJV)

    For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

  10. According to CHRIST the  whole of the law can be summed up with these two:
    1. Love the LORD your GOD with all of your heart mind and spirit/soul
    2. Love your neighbor as you would love yourself
    No debate here.
    And just a FYI: We will be entering the ‘time of testing’ real soon here and the mark of the beast is  the litmus paper. So Sabbath or not…if you take the mark…well the Bible is clear.
    ALSO: My concern with the Sabbath debates is this: Based on what I have read in the Torah and the renewed covenant is that the scriptures seem to indicate that GOD set up a Lunar/Solar calendar in which the new moon was the start of the month (this would not be counted as a day in the week) After the new moon festival ended the next day would begin the first day of the first week. Hence the Sabbaths would always fall on the 8th , 15th, 22nd,29th. I’m not sure any of this even matters anyway because the whole point of the Sabbath is to set aside time to rest and enjoy GOD’s creation. So as long as you have this at some point in the week, does it matter what day it falls on? Because FYI, this whole Gregorian calendar is NOT the calendar that GOD implemented.

  11. It seems more obvious to me that it is about God’s law when Yeshua is quoted and
    talks about His law as in Matthew 6:33 “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you”

  12. Well let’s address the point from his perspective, let’s say it does mean Y’shua’s commandments.

    When Y’shua said ‘before Abraham was I am’, He was identifying Himself as the same God that spoke to Moses out of the burning bush. The one who gave the Torah.. His commandments would therefore be the Torah.

    Also one of the last things He said to His disciples was in Matthew 23:

    Matthew 23:1-3
    1 Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples,

    2 Saying The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat:

    3 All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.

    So He commanded them right there to keep the Torah.

    I’ve heard the insane argument that that was just until His death. Let’s look at that.

    Matthew 28:19-20
    19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

    20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

    That’s after His resurrection.

  13. I’m confused. It seems to me Jesus did NOT follow Torah Leviticus 20:10 when he advised the crowd about to stone the adulteress. He who is without sin casting the first stone etc.

    But Jesus was without sin so by his own admonishments he was the one and only one to cast the first and the last stone but he did not.

    Can this be explained please?
