    • : Vegan for over a decade. With this kind of diet you tend to be very regular. Hope this (& the other obvious benefits of this lifestyle) encourages you to try cutting out foods that are bad for oneโ€™s health. Good luck. ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™‚

    • Elaina Kosmidis Iโ€™m mostly pescatarian, slowly transitioning to vegan and probably about 15%-20% of what I eat is cooked (brown rice, potatoes, etc.) and only 5% being fish (if that) but i donโ€™t have regular bowel movements.
A typical day for me is a fruit smoothie in the morning with coconut milk and powdered greens mix, nuts and seeds for a snack mid-morning, for lunch Iโ€™ll have anything from rice, salad (with various veggies), soup (usually homemade miso) or a vegetable sandwich (whole grain bread)and for dinner Iโ€™ll have a sweet potato, beans, salad and occasionally filet of salmon. I take probiotics in the morning and enzymes if I donโ€™t have anything raw with a meal. Otherwise, I do try it have something raw with every meal. Mostly water all day, but sometimes I will have a tea of some sort.
My fiber intake is usually at the daily recommendation, yet, I do not have regular bowel movements and I have also obtained an anal fissure that Iโ€™ve suffered from since February.
Would a strictly raw food diet remedy all of this in your opinion?

    • @Mikeyboy86 fast and pray and fruit cleanse, then eat your veggies to build strength.. The proteins dehydrate and stick to yo guts like glue, I’ve tried many times to turn back to my families meaty ways, and it always end up in stinky skin, rancid farts, and painful bowels perhaps even slightly hemmoroidey as the poop sticks to my arse like stodgy porridge.
Whenever I eat a big salad I nearly always go for a poop not long afterwards.
I suggest learning about food combining. And about fasting and prayer.
And also, check out Paul Nisons ‘how I healed my disease’ Paul had ‘irritable bowel’ and cured it.

    • @Mikeyboy86 you’re a refined primate after all. And Primates eat fruit, but they focus more on bugs, leaves and poop eating… I think humans are more about, eating berries and leaves and kernals… And sprouting and growing our own food, giving us superior upright body, lighter than our hairy relatives.
      Be fruitful and multiply.
      Praise Yah!

    • I am a filthy piece of flesh, all flesh is unworthy in the eyes of the Lord.
May I be born of spirit by the blood of messiah, the truth, living water.

    • @Praise God interesting. in the 70’s i was a vegetarian for years and did not know anything about being a veggie head and i sill know nothing quality about being one, yet i try, but still slip in a burger here and there and feel extremely guilty about eating murdered animals because i don’t want to look like a toothpick.

  1. I need to buy a dehydrator. I have a decent blender & an amazing KUVINGS juicer, but Iโ€™ve never used a dehydrator. Thanks for sharing your meals with us. ๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ˜Š
