  1. I know you don’t count calories, but do you try to maintain a certain percentage of carbs, fats, & proteins? Also do you try to get in a certain amount of greens? Thank you.

    • +Tallie Allen I try to get some greens everyday but i don’t count anything. Yes getting greens each day is important to me.

I ride my trike it is a recumbent trike between an hour and a half and two hours every day except for Sunday that’s my day of rest and that’s where I minister to kids as Sunday school teacher.And I work in my garden: weeding and pruning my yard and that’s my other part physical labor& I walk my dog 2 miles 6 days a week. Thanks for your influence in my life I am now a 80/10/10 person. Durian rider has influenced me & John Kohler also

  3. I do long distance cycling, but have not been successful staying raw and having the energy to do it. Yet the cooked foods make me sluggish when I’m sitting at a desk all day at work. It’s frustrating me, because I want to stay raw
