  1. Interview loren lockman if you can get some of his attention for an interview. Hes on a Fruterian diet for over 20 years..also one of the waterfasting experts in the world
Edit..i see you interviewd him about 9 months ago

  2. Eli is awesome! I’ve listened to all his vids. I’m also about common sense like he is .

I’ve been raw for 17 yrs and went through some years eating almost as little as he does and as little variety & low-fat .

I lost my menstrual cycles & got brittle bones (repeated bone fractures ect…) but I was committed 🤦🏻‍♀️. What a mess and we see this level of commitment in this community Plenty of times .

I’m a woman and our bodies make babies , which I have had . I think that has something to do with it.

Thankfully I started eating way more greens and veggies and incorporated plenty of nuts/seeds as nut milks & still mostly fruits just not as much sweet fruits . I recovered all the issues I got from those years .

    • @Mountain Stream a lot of rib fractures through knocking them in workouts or random events that shouldn’t crack a rib.

And l should stress I wasnt eating enough, I was eating very simular to Eli talks about , simple and not much . But I’m a female and so maybe that is why my body needed more and more variety helped a lot too

    • @Aly Kat Thanks. If you’re working out then you definitely need more calories too. Oranges have a lot of calcium though. And working out makes your bones stronger too. That is odd that you had fractures from moderate exercise.
I’m a runner so I’m aiming for 2500-3000 calories a day. If I don’t use cronometer and I just eat what I want then my calories will be too low. I use cronometer to make sure I’m getting enough calories.

    • I think the same, that as a female we need a bit more nutrients. For a male it is easier to thrive and look healthy on a smaller amount of the food.

  3. I love Eli, thanks for this video. I ate fairly close to Eli’s diet for 4 years and felt the best ever in my life. I fell off the wagon after a tremendous amount of cajoling from several x-rawbies and now I’m working my way back to where I had been in those 4 years. I was raw and very low fat for 5 years but found the more fruitarian style was better for healing. I’m a 65 year old female. I’m still raw but need to reduce lettuce and avo.

  4. I love to find Eli’s videos where he’s doing acrobatics, movement, flexibility and strength. It’s my favorite thing to show people what fruitarian can be.
