hi!
Hi! I like their videos too.
the paradox shows us we left him and wonder where he went (then accusing God that it was He who left us) which is a tragic love story
Good point. I agree.
I always have this big smile whenever I get notification of Bible Project’s new uploaded vids. Thank you so much for being a blessing to everyone who reaches your vids 🙂 Before I became your subscriber, I have a lot of questions about about life and I know I should seek for answers in the bible but going through it confuses me and your vid made it all simple to understand. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND MAY our Lord God continue to bless you.
You guys never cease to teach me something new. God is doing absolutely amazing things through you. God bless!
THIS IS AMAZING ILL NEVER GET TIRED OF COMMENTING THAT IN EVERY VIDEO BECAUSE WOW I JUST END UP WITH MY JAWS DROPPED EVERY SINGLE TIMEEE
What is your favorite thing about these videos?
+Masculine Theology they give me better understanding to the books and they do it in creative fashion as well
Love the video 🙂 but why the book named as the Lamentation of Jeremiah if not written by him
People have different opinions on it for sure, one of which is that Jeremiah may have stated the words but someone else wrote it down. Many do not agree on who wrote the book which common among commentators and scholastic crowd on Bible studiers I think.
not sure if I understand.. but thanks:)
Because the word Lament means to grieve in sorrow. 😬
So many people are going to be healed because of this. This book addresses grief Whig psychologist have studied for years and how God doesn’t ignore us. I needed this too. I am I going through something that leaves me upset. But I know my redeemer lives and loves me. Thanks Lord for strengthening my faith.
Wondering Tim’s thoughts on the authorship, many of our Bibles call the book “Lamentations of Jeremiah”. Where does this come from, and do you think it’s a reasonable assertion that he wrote the book, or just not enough evidence to conclude? Another great video either way!
Such a beautiful book. It really shows the saddens that we really go thru. I just loss my Grandma the day after Christmas… She raised me and I am so full of grief, I sometimes don’t know what to do with it. I cry so much and cry out to God so much, but it’s still there. 😞 I know how they are feeling slightly.
thank you..God bless

Hey Tim Mackie and the rest of the team for the Bible Project. I really appreciate all these videos you put out there and they encourage me to dive deeper into the bible. I would just like to ask if you could do a themed series on lamentations. It’s one of my favorite poems in all of scripture and it has themes of the unknown for the future even when you know the Hope. In my college group I might teach a lesson on it. Thanks for all that you guys continue to do by Christ strength. God Bless!
