Today I talk about one of my favorite ways to consume nutrients, juicing. I've been juicing for a long time but in today's video I think I made one of my top tasting juices ever. I also discuss the new health fraud, store bought coconut water.

  1. I prefer a juice made from only 3 or 4 ingredients … I like to taste each of them. Too many flavours and it becomes a whole different taste.

Does that make sense? It’s hard to explain lol!

  2. My favorite juice when I started many years ago was strawberry and carrot. A bit sweet for me now but still enjoy it.
Now my favorite base for a juice in the summer is cucumber and celery.
Basically whatever is in season I will try and juice it.
Have a juiceman juicer and a donated Kenmore juicer so need to spend lots of money for one. I found mine on Freecycle 4 years ago and still works.

  3. My favorite juice is carrots, celery, romaine lettuce, and cucumber. I feel like I am getting a decent amount of greens without too much of a green taste.

  4. Dandelion, Celery, Cucumber, Ginger, Lemon, Green Apple, Fennel (i am breastfeeding), Daikon, Parsley, Burdock, Sunchoke, and a Carrot or two. I feel best after drinking this particular juice mix. Though I do not do all of them all of the time because sometimes the less the better, but you asked for our favorite.

  5. I like cucumber, celery, kale, with pear, apple, lemon. I have juice now for about a month. I love this combination so far as a green juice. I am still trying different greens. I have tried with some spinach as well and it wasn’t bad. This combination is refreshing to me. Ummm, I think I will juice this tomorrow for a refreshing taste and energy. I need it from this week 🙂

  6. Hey Paul, I have a question for you. Where I live sometimes I can get a young Thai coconut and they might have one that is good. I know they have the coconut water in the glass jar that is refrigerated, I was skeptical of these. My question is, do you know of a good website to order the young coconuts from?
