  1. I thought I needed meat for so long. I never liked how it made me feel, having that aggression and sadness energies in my body but i kept eating it. For so long, i ate the grassfed, wild caught, cage free etc and though it is better than factory farming its still killing. I am grateful to have transitioned to the LIFE lifestyle! Every day i live without harming another being and thriving at the same time is a beautiful thing in my eyes. Its so nice to feel so light on raw living foods!

  2. I have ulcerative colitis and I keep changing medications and I need permanent change. I really would like to see if going raw vegan will help heal my gut and cure my ulcerative colitis. I just get so tired of having flare ups.

  3. Enjoy most of your shows Paul! Thanks. ????, how does one deal with getting ‘sweeted out “? Currently all raw except for steamed veggies at night with some fats. Sometimes I’ll literally get tired of too sweet fruits or perhaps it’s eating the same fruits over n over. Don’t have the variety you have available and as you know it can get a bit pricey eating fresh, so kinda Leary of buying for example Papaya when I’m unsure of how to let it ripen.

  4. Thanks for sharing your perspective. I was vegan for 5 years and felt horrible in the end. Since adding meat back into my diet and going mostly animal based, I’ve gotten into the best shape of my life, my autoimmune issues (skin and asthma) have cleared up and my mental health issues have almost completely vanished. Wherever you are on your journey, hardcore vegan or hardcore carnivore, the best thing you can do for you health is to be open minded and use your body as an experimental guide. Don’t be afraid to try new things. No shade thrown to anyone that is currently vegan, I just wanted to share my two cents!

    • It’s not the veganism that made you sick, it was something in your diet that made you sick. Something you were intolerant of. I’m vegan and I’m intolerant of a LOT of foods because I have Celiac Disease. I could be vegan and totally sick if I ate gluten.
Don’t blame veganism. Just do your detective work. And also eat more vegan protein if you need it. But don’t eat animals. You will live to regret it.
Just circle back and try it again. If at first you don’t succeed, try try again!

  5. True words spoken.
I feel the pain and passion in your voice.
Thank You for being here to educate me about changes in my health that will help me on My Journey.

  6. It must’ve been a difficult experience when your kids asked for “real” food. It’s those moments that teach us the most. Thank you for sharing with us

  7. Thank you for your motivation Paul. My son (11) has a tummy ache every day all day for years now. The doctors said its IBS. Do you have any advice for a child thats growing. I tried juices and soup for 3 days but that was really difficuly for him. He also did a few raw food days. But sadly it wasnt sustainable…

  8. Thank you for the encouragement! I ate a raw vegan diet for several years in my 30s. My life changed, and I fell away from that. Now that my life has settled down, it has been extremely difficult to fix a sad diet for the rest of my family, while I am the only one trying to eat raw vegan. Praise God for your channel and other social media ❤

  9. Thank you always for encouraging others. I feel your pain about our children. But hopefully they will make other choices and realize why we do what we do !! Best to you and your family
    God Bless 🌺
