  1. I eat a vegan diet and still know that I could do better with eating more plant based and less junk food. I agree that we really should make better choices with our food. Not only for our bodies , the environment and animal welfare but it keeps us able to do ALL the things that God would have us do!
If we are sick and tired and fighting diseases, we are not available for Him as much <3 Thank you for being faithful to this.

  2. Your speaking to me. Indeed. Many make their stomaches their God. It’s not easy to fast first few times but it gets easier when it is made a lifestyle of fasting and prayer. ๐Ÿ’–

  3. Yes, I agree that this is a spiritual problem in which the adversary is the instigator of losing self-control and discipline to rule over our bodily desires

    • Yes, sugar is interesting. I was watching a show where this lady goes and interviews historians, and other experts on history, like doctors who examine the past and stuff. And, on one show, they were examining how people lived during the age of the Tudor homes. And, apparently, people began to get sick, and have tooth problems, because they had introduced sugar into their diets. And, it was amazing to see how sugar changed the entire landscape of human health and condition. People were losing their teeth after sugar came around.

    • Everything in Moderation. Myself I don’t do sugar , type one diabetic. Don’t drink cow’s milk make me sick . Goats milk. One black cup coffee A-day here

  4. I agree completely. I’m still getting use to learning what is good and bad that is kosher. I’m finally able to be allowed to buy kosher. My husband barely let’s me buy green vegetables because they cost to much.
I was actually surprised when I was doing water fast. I had more energy then when I was just drinking coffee. So I just stopped drinking it.

Is small amount of meat allowed. Like white meat in chicken or lean meat in small portions. That’s the only think I felt that I had to do better was not buy fatty meats.

  5. Hey Paul, its me again. I agree with u 100 percent. Sweet stuff has been a problem for me since i quit smoking almost 1 yr ago. Ive gained 15lbs. I gave up caffinated coffe years ago, but drink decafe. My biggest addiction at this moment is coke slushies. Thanx for this teaching. I will stop drinking them, i dont want any idols in my life.

  6. Shalom brother! Hope you had a wonderful Feast of Tabernacles. It is important not to make unhealthy food an idol, but it’s just as important not to make healthy food an idol.
