    Also, I noticed the timestamp on your video is 1144 it reminds me of the 144,000.

  2. I’m amazed at how much coffee people drink. I have family members who consume several cups of coffee a day. And they go on & on about how much they love it. Some of them have sleep issues & they don’t make the connection between coffee & sleep issues. It looks like an addiction to me.

  3. Do you know what the carnivore diet is? Its ONLY MEAT, SALT WATER.
    Some people add eggs and dairy.
    Any fruits, vegetables, carbs, and it is not the carnivore diet. And it is something recently. It wasn’t even a thing to do until a few years ago, so how could you have done it as a teen? Did you eat only meat and dairy as a teen? And that’s all?
    People and doctors say it gets rid of all inflammation, depression, etc.
    I tried it for 8 days and lost 8 pounds. I felt bad from keto flu so added in some vegetables.
    Its recommended to do keto diet a month or so before starting the carnivore diet. But with electrolytes you don’t feel as bad when first starting it.
    My aches and pains are back so I’m starting the carnivore diet again tomorrow, and will probably be able to stick to it now without feeling yuck. I bought some electrolytes.
    In just 8 days I noticed a difference in mood and most of my aches and pains went away.
    On the vegan diet you lack B12 from meat and can get sick from not having it. The passover they ate Lamb. In the old Testament Yahweh told them what meats were good to eat. Yeshua ate Lamb at passover, and he ate fish. Meat is important to the body’s health.
    The carnivore diet they say to take electrolytes. So something there is lacking also. I think the perfect diet is Keto which has meats and vegetables and low carbohydrates.
    I think vegetarian or raw foods -fruit and vegetables are ok for awhile to regain health. And also the carnivore diet. But both lack something important your body needs if you have to take supplements to balance it.
    And vegan diet is not Biblical.
    There was a lot of animal slaughter going on in the beginning and Yahweh told them to do it and eat the meat.
    So saying you should only eat vegetarian/vegan and its Biblical is totally wrong. Some people think that vegan or vegetarian is Biblical. Clearly it’s not. And NT says in the last day some will say to obtain from meat, following doctrines of devils.
    So there’s that.
