All the same rules apply. The jewish leaders he rebuked were the people most knowledgeable of the law at the time and they surely keep the law the best over any other person as a result. Yet they didn’t escape his rebuke. I wonder what that says about people nowadays that think they follow the law so well?

Shaul said the scriptures are inspired. He was referring to the law and prophets. The book of Revelation is inspire so, It can be call scripture, because, it revelation from Yah. There’s no contradictions in the scriptures that are inspired by YAH, but only in the none inspired scriptures. Not all the books in the old testament is not inspired, and the new testament is letters and the book of Revelation is only inspired.
