  1. Thx Paul nison once again for making this clear, I’m battling my coffee addiction I know coffee is bad but I suffer from adrenal fatigue and so often I need the energy boost but after 1 hour the fatigue is back even harder it’s a vicious circle, I need to cut myself off from as with all other drugs, love you truth

    • Søren Dall me too. And I love coffee the smell the taste the sound of it brewing so it’s harder to stop. I’ve quit a few times and I replace it with tea and I feel so much better, i feel cleaner if that makes sense and feel energized in a healthy way which doesn’t go away not like coffee where you crash, but I always go back to coffee.

  2. And they should BAN candy in schools too!!! My daughter knows the drill with me, she cried in the beginning, now it’s become second nature – pass it to mommy. She know I’m gonna throw it away. I can’t stand when they pass little bags of candy on holidays and kids birthdays, like it’s the norm!!! No it’s not normal for this mother.

  3. Good point(s). When I was a kid, I didn’t even like the SMELL of coffee brewing in our kitchen! There’s was just something about it (or my inner guidance) that was discouraging me from drinking it. There was one time, though, when I was nodding out while driving around 11 pm at night (my bedtime) and still about 90 minutes from home. I was too close to get a motel room for the night, so I stopped at a Dunkin Donuts for a cup of black coffee. It was nasty, so I drank only about 1/3 cup. I got home safely around 12:30 am, but at 4:30 am I was still lying in bed, wide awake, face up, looking around the room and thinking, “I SHOULD be asleep by now.” I was grateful that I didn’t drink all that coffee, and I haven’t touched it again since that night.

  4. I didn’t know how addicted to caffeine I was until I gave it up, went into deep depression, anxiety, insomnia etc. Every withdrawal symptom I went through it, give it up ppl it’s a drug not drinking caffeine ever again, don’t need that in my body if it makes me feel that way once I give it up.

  5. There isn’t anything wrong with a little bit of coffee as long as it’s organic and you drink it in moderation. The problem with coffee is people drink way too much of it and it kills there adrenal glands.
