  1. thanks for sharing, if our microbiome is made of breast milk, how is it possible to not tolerate light raw goat milk? Maybe it is because you did not start slowly or you would need to use raw kefir first. A raw food diet is not enough tasty unfortunately.

  2. Paul, I respect your drive and discipline. For me I follow the pattern of Yahshua , I look at what he ate and try to pattern my diet off of his diet, did He eat meat, did He drink raw milk, what are the Hebrew dietary guidelines. I believe a plant based diet, with the vast majority being vegetables, fruits, legumes, herbs, and nominal amounts of carbs, starches and even smaller amounts of organic Kosher meat, omitting the pork, but God bless.

    • @Leo Able Genesis 1:30 states that all animals (NHA) were also raw vegan. What happened? Why, in nature, do have we herbivores, omnivores & carnivores? I don’t think that the “taste pleasure” argument applies.

    • I’ve heard before that I’m biblical times certain words had slightly different meanings.
Such as the word “meat” simply meant “Food”.

    • @Christopher Lee Luke 22:7,8 (KJV) ‘7 Then came the day of unleavened bread, when the passover [lamb] must be killed.
8 And he [Jesus] sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the passover, that we may eat.’
      Unambiguous! See Exodus 12.

    • @Unmasking Viandalisme Can you see a problem with this verse? If it was the first day of unleavened bread, the Passover would have taken place the evening before and it would have been too late to sacrifice a lamb. I’m now at the point of questioning the Passover altogether. Fundamentally, why are these 2 feasts back to back and what do the have to do with each other? I suspect that the Passover was an addition by the lying pen of the scribe…see Jer 8:8. Maybe not a discussion for the forum but something to think about.

  3. Well said, Paul! If I knew then what I know now I would not be in a diseased state now. You never know how blessed you are when you are pain-free. It’s only when the chronic pain comes that we realize the value of the things we take for granted. Keep spreading the word, Paul.

  4. You can eat well and still things go wrong. Raw is very energising. Nothing is perfect , hard to get 100% good organic in certain parts of the world. Water melons all from Brazil sprayed. Not everyone can move to Florida or Hawaii. People do their best.

    • If you’re depressed, look at your overall health and don’t wait for an accident or diagnosis to motivate you. Do better than you did yesterday. Depression is not an excuse. Is what I got
