Raw Food Chef Rita Romano's recipe book "Dinning In The Raw" was the first raw recipe book I used and still today is one of my favorites. Many raw food teachers started with her book. Rita will be the chef at our raw food retreat in February 2014. For more info about the retreat see this link;

Enjoyed this video. Rita is a very organized chef and teacher. Would love to leave the snow of the midwest and be in a warmer climate.
