I am so pleased to hear you address the GMO issue. Yes, Yes, Yes. The Torah forbids MIxing of seed. It is an eternal warning. As the Watchman, you have broadend your scope of responsibility. Bless you in your attempt to be accountable to your knowledge. It is not the same, but worse.
I’ve gotten so many less colds since I’ve cut down on canola oil! Canola oil is definitely toxic. Now when I even smell vegtables that have been fried in canola oil it smells like poison and if I eat something with canola oil it makes me sick to my stomach. I’ve switched to coconut oil, butter, organic lard, tallow, Waulnut, Almond oil, rap seed oil and olive oil. Sun flour oil smells too toxic to use.
dude rapeseed oil is for canola oil comes from and it’s all genetically modified check it out
Rap seed oil was the original plant before it was genetically modified. It is a lot harder to find in grocery stores. In the 1940’s Canada genetically modified Rap seed oil into canola oil, which was used as a toxic pesticide. It is a lot safer and is hard pressed, organic, not processed or heat treated to make tons of free radicals like canola oil.
Also use Vitamin C and D3 which helps the Immune system ( especially in the winter )

Just want to inform you what Canola really is…I was a canola producer in Saskatchewan Canada where Canola started from and is the biggest producer in the world of canola and was the testin ground for Monsanto, etc.. You are right..talk about transgender foods..What people in the world including the USA need to know is that Canola is a GMO cross between Rye and Rape seeds which is not natural to the human body and this is the first time the human body has had to deal with this foreign body (aka Canola)..The human body does not know how to handle Canola..hence the health issues and consequences…Why nobody ever points this out including health sites..Now they can no longer claim innocence or ignorance..Investigate this Paul ..keep up the good work!

I always wondered if gmos in foods could result in someone being born transgender . Stay away from gmos .
Thank you for the info. Essential to know. However I have a question. You said eventually all seeds will be GMO. Does that mean the only seeds that will be available to organic growers will be GMO as well? If so, there will be no way we can avoid these toxins even if we eat only organic because although the food will be grow in an organic way and environment the very seeds themselves will be GMO ! How do we avoid this??!!!!

Good topic. I am not a total raw foodie, I had a nice talk with my local farmer and I asked him about his farm and “the seeds” that he uses to grow his crops.
so if something is cooked and it’s less nutritious how is that bad?
It might be better to eat a raw carrot, but what terrible thing would happen if you had some cooked carrot?
