  1. fifty supplements?sounds like supplements are his food.i am on no medication, and sixty-five. but agree, that is unusual. I would really like to think people can do well without tons of special supplements. For example, nettles powder in coconut water feels like a meal, and is immensely nutritious. I love it. Thanks for sharing.

  2. I use to believe that cows are herbivores however I live in the country and I started looking at the grass and wild plants. Most plants are home to many insects which cows eat. Could you address this. Also he said that chickens are herbivores. I think that unless you call insects plants chickens eat a huge amount of insects as do most birds. When we domesticated chickens then we started feeding them corn and soya beans mostly to fatten them quickly. I don’t know how much protein that insects have. I think that this is important to explain to people.

  3. I’m not against supplements, but this is crazy with a raw diet šŸƒ there are so many minerals in greens, sprouts and Microgreens 🌱 I’m 64 and really rely on my raw diet with a couple supplements šŸƒ I have never heard of a lot of these!

  4. I drink distilled water. The argument about it lacking minerals is true, however, I don’t get my minerals from water, I get them from fruits and vegetables. If you were to rely solely on your water for minerals, you would have to drink a bathtub full of water to get your daily minerals.

  5. A lot of good takeaways from this interview. We don’t need lots of protein. I was ready that 20-40 grams a day is a sufficient minimum. I will be getting on the spirulina/chlorella. I currently do Vitamineral greens and it has probiotics. I take serrapeptase and bromelain enzymes. I eat raw, mostly fruit and greens/sprouts/seaweed. I take ashwaghanda and magnesium. I also fast for 17-18 hours a day.

  6. I got off nightshades and my rheumatoid arthritis (ankylosing spondylitis) went away. I am healed!! I’m not saying everyone needs to get off of them (tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, eggplant gogi berries, tobacco (sweet potatoes aren’t nightshades so they’re fine) I was in a stressful life and I know it contributed to it. After years of staying off of them, I can now have them occasionally. On special occasions, I can tolerate them. But, I can’t eat them on a regular basis. If you have what I had or even many other chronic diseases, (lupus, asthma, eczema, gastrointestinal disorders…) do an elimination diet. Get the offending foods out of your diet if you find one that bothers you. Wheat and dairy can also be culprits. Then learn about gut health and heal it. I’m not a doctor…I just know what has helped me and some others as well!

    • Oh, and ashwagandha is also a nightshade. Remember, nightshades are fine for most people. But if you have chronic disease, look first for nightshades, wheat and other gluten foods and dairy as the culprits. However, some people can’t do nuts, or certain fish. There are tests to find out what you either can’t digest or are allergic to.

  7. Wow! Ive never heard of this man! Loved what he shared . Although I bought a very expensive top of the line water ionizer and it wasn’t so great for my body -i couldn’t sleep more than a few hours a night. When I went back to regular ph water I slept normal again.
It was too stimulating for my body .
